Monte's homeade pasta!

This is something Monte used to do a lot when Gabby was a baby. I think it has been at least 10 years since we broke out the equipment. Quite honestly, I am relieved that we could find all the pieces! We also made meatballs and sauce from scratch and some roasted garlic. The result was delicious! We are hoping to make this a monthly project.
